To get the most from your Oura experience, be sure to keep up-to-date with the latest versions of the Oura App software and Oura device firmware.
Members may receive firmware updates at different times as they're rolled out gradually. The dates listed below reflect when the update has been fully rolled out to all members.
Automatic firmware updates are enabled by default. To change the settings for automatic updates, see Enable Automatic Firmware Updates. Note: for the firmware update to succeed, your phone's Bluetooth must be enabled and your ring's battery level must be above 30%.
