There may be several reasons that Oura is not yet approved in your country, including import policies, or international or local laws.
If your country was previously eligible for shipping but is no longer listed, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that our shipping list is subject to change.
Keep in mind: in-app membership features are not supported in countries that Oura does not currently ship to.

Important Info for Transit Travelers and Global Shoppers
- Memberships can only be activated in supported countries. If you're based in a country where we don’t currently ship to or don't have a retail presence, you won’t be able to start a membership — and payment methods from unsupported countries won’t be accepted.
- Downloading the app doesn't mean full access. Even if the Oura App is available to download, a membership linked to a supported country is required for full use.
- PayPal doesn’t override country restrictions. A valid billing address in a supported country is still required for membership, even when paying with PayPal. Countries we don’t support won’t appear as options in the app.
- The complimentary first month of membership is temporary. If you buy a ring in a supported country but use it in one that’s unsupported, you’ll only be able to access membership features during the complimentary period. After that, the membership can’t be activated, and app features will no longer be available.
