Gift an Oura Ring
- You can purchase an Oura Ring from the Oura online store
- Select either our free sizing kit option or choose a ring size for your gift recipient. We recommend using the sizing kit to find the ideal ring fit for optimal performance and accuracy
- On the checkout page, select This is a gift
- Enter the gift recipient’s First Name, Last Name, and Email Address
- Select Next: Gift Options
To purchase more than one Oura Ring as a gift, make a separate order for each ring and select This is a gift for each order.
Give an Oura Ring in Person
Choose the Ship it to Your Address option if you'd like to give the Oura Ring gift in person. The order will be shipped directly to your address. This is also the best option for keeping the gift a surprise.
If you select a sizing kit, it will be sent to your address first. After the gift recipient determines their size, confirm the size in My Orders, and then the ring will ship to your address.
To ensure the gift recipient doesn't receive shipping notifications, enter your email address during checkout.
Ship an Oura Ring Directly to a Gift Recipient
Choose the Gift Message & Delivery option if you'd like to ship the order directly to the gift recipient. You can also include a custom gift message.
If you select a sizing kit, it will be sent to the gift recipient's address first. After they confirm their size, the ring will be shipped directly to them.
Your gift recipient will receive:
- a welcome email from Oura at the time of your purchase
- a sizing confirmation email, after they confirm their ring size
- a ring shipment confirmation email letting them know their Oura Ring is on its way
Gifting an Oura Membership
You can include a prepaid annual Oura Membership with any new Oura Ring purchase from the Oura online store. When the giftee pairs their ring to the Oura App, they'll be asked to provide payment details to activate their Oura Membership. However, they won't be billed until the prepaid period ends, which includes one first complimentary month plus the 12-month prepaid membership.
If you gift a ring without a prepaid membership, the recipient will be asked to enter payment details when pairing their ring to the Oura App and then choose their membership plan. New members will receive one complimentary month of membership.
Oura Membership is available in monthly and annual plans. Membership and in-app features are only available in supported countries, and require UPI (India only) or a credit card with a billing address from a supported country.

Returns and Exchanges on a Gifted Oura Ring
All returns and exchanges require the original order number, which belongs to the original purchaser (gifter).
Returns
Only the original purchaser (gifter) can process a return within 30 days of receiving the ring. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You'll need the order number, which can be found in the shipping confirmation email or in My Orders.
Exchanges
If the gift recipient has the original order number, they can contact us directly to exchange the ring for a different size of the same model within 30 days of receiving it.
If the gift recipient doesn't have the order number, the original purchaser (gifter) will need to process the exchange.
Direct Oura Ring exchanges are only available for a different size of the same ring. For a different model or color, the ring would need to be returned, and a new ring purchased.
